Hidden Brook

I painted this at Hacklebarney State Park in Chester New Jersey. My husband and I raised our family in Succasunna, adjacent to Chester. One of the pleasures of living in northwest New Jersey is exploring all the natural areas. Hacklebarney was one of our favorites. This is my abstracted vision of the peaceful springtime scene.

Block Island, Rhode Island is my home away from home. It's hard to find a prettier place on this planet! Everyone spends time on the water, often sailing or kayaking. And the flowers are magnificent all summer long!

Rockport Massachusetts Houses By the Water

We had a wonderful family get-together at Rockport, with all the children and grandchildren. In addition to frolicking at the beach and eating lots of lobster and ice cream, I saved some time to paint. The thrill here was that someone wanted to purchase this painting before I felt it was finished!
